Learn how to protect and balance your energy with the 5 "R"s of Meditation.
In this course you will learn not only how to relax, release, receive, revive and restore, but you will also learn about the chakras (energy centers) and other ways you can improve your overall well-being.
Within our meditation course you will find recorded guided imagery meditations, videos, and supplementary materials that will guide you into the meditation process slowly but efficiently. All supplementary material is beneficial to learning how to meditate so be sure to read or listen to all that is provided within each course. Your instructor is always available to answer any questions that may arise.
Our course in constructed into 9 Units. You will receive (1) unit each week. If you
complete at least 1 Unit within each week you should be able to
complete this course in 9 weeks.
